Our facility is located in the Innsbrook Office Park in Glen Allen, VA, where many technology-driven businesses also reside, approximately 15 miles west of Downtown Richmond. The facility is accessible 24x7x365 by approved personnel only. Our security surveillance system, multi-level card access and 24x7x365 on-site personnel, assure that you have the highest level of monitoring and security. No one accesses our facility without proper authorization and escort.

Our data center boasts an electric power feed serviced by two seperate substations. In addition, our 500 kilowatt auto-cutover diesel generator ensures complete power redundancy of all network services. In addition, our facility includes multiple Liebert cooling systems, raised floor throughout the datacenter and an advanced fire suppression system. When many facilities in the region lose power, flood, or overheat, our facility remains fully powered, cool, dry and completely operational.
